Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 dried cherries (unsweetened if you can find them)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp fresh or 1/2 tsp dry thyme leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Served chilled.
