Hamburger Casserole



Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 pint sour cream
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1 5.2 oz pkg Boursin Garlic and Fine Herbs cheese
1 egg
1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. shell noodles

Directions:


Cook noodles in salted boiling water until slightly less than done (about two thirds of the time on the package directions.) Saute and drain the onion and beef together and drain off excess fat. Stir in the tomato sauce and a little salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Boursin cheese and sour cream. Add egg and mix well.
Drain noodles and place them in a small casserole dish, followed by the meat and sauce mixture, then the creamy cheese mixture, and top with a hearty layer of grated cheddar. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly and a little brown on top.
